• Original birth certificate or US passport (expired not more than 3 yrs)

• High School waiver card (blue squared card)

• Social Security card, copy or ITIN Number

• Proof of Address

• Documents must be either dropped off at our office or pick up may be arranged by appointment.

• Vision test

• E3 sessions of 2 hours each behind-the-wheel instruction for 6 hours in total. 1 to 1 teaching, permit validation (includes road test scheduling), and insurance certificate.
